Telescopic webbed belt conveyors and toothed belt conveyors come in handy when blanks or pressed parts have to be moved over variable transport distances or have different geometries. When transporting blanks, multi-lane telescopic conveyors provide the connection between the blank cut after a cutting tool or shears and a subsequent blank stacking system.
Alongside the telescoping of the individual belts, these conveyors are often equipped with a width adjustment for each lane and lifting plates to decouple the belt system's feed from the subsequent blank transport section.

The conveyors can be equipped with either permanent magnet systems or switchable electromagnetic systems as needed. The transportation of aluminium blanks with additional vacuum support can also be completed without any issues and ensures a dynamic start-stop operation.
With telescopic pressed part conveyors, also known as end-of-line (EOL) conveyors, a variable transfer position is often required for the parts on the press. These conveyors can either be designed as wide belt conveyors or multi-lane conveyors that can be flexibly adapted to the press automation and the geometries of the parts.
These conveyors are usually partially telescopic which means that the transfer area for the pressed parts can be adjusted to the different requirements. Telescopic EOL conveyors can also be operated in combination with subsequent EOL pick-up convey.
