Our component cleaning is an indispensable part of manufacturing processes as well as product maintenance and reconditioning in many industries.
Our parts cleaners are used for pre-cleaning, intermediate cleaning, and final cleaning of components, both before and after mechanical processing as well as before coating, hardening, bonding, welding, or assembly. We use patented vibration and/or air flow techniques to achieve the desired cleanliness of the components. Compared to conventional wet cleaning methods, our systems offer significant advantages in terms of energy and water consumption as well as wastewater and waste disposal.

Do components or conveyor belts need to be cleaned in your production process?
We have developed innovative solutions for precisely this purpose, which can be seamlessly integrated into your existing production. These systems are customized and protected by patents.
By developing environmentally friendly processes such as vibration cleaning or the vacuum suction-blowing process, we combine greater efficiency with sustainability – to protect the environment.
Our cleaning systems are used in particular for the pre-cleaning and intermediate cleaning of components and for cleaning conveyor belts. This leads to greater process reliability and improved plant availability in your production line.

The design of our cleaning systems is always based on the desired, predefined cleaning result. To save energy and protect the environment, cleaning is carried out as thoroughly as necessary—no more, but also no less. Our cleaning systems are often seamlessly integrated into existing production stations and individually adapted to the conditions on site.
Uniform pre-cleaning ensures that components are efficiently fed into the next processing step, which significantly reduces the costs for subsequent treatments.
This takes place after processing and before the components are measured on measuring machines. Uniform intermediate cleaning optimally prepares the components for the next processing step or final cleaning.
Depending on the geometry of the components and the specific cleanliness requirements, we combine the vacuum suction-blowing process with vibrations. This method efficiently loosens and removes oils, cooling lubricants, and chips. The vibration generation is wear-free and cost-effective.
In addition to the manual feeding and removal of components to be cleaned, we also offer automated solutions for the processes before and after cleaning. Our automation solutions increase the efficiency and integrity of the entire cleaning process.
The compact parts cleaners offer flexible configuration options that can be adapted to the room layout and specific requirements. They can be seamlessly integrated into existing production processes and are used in numerous production areas. While our systems are designed as standard solutions, we also develop customized individual solutions as required.
